Appointment Tips To Help You Prepare
As your appointment approaches, there are a few things you can do that will enable us to get right to work:
- Discontinue use of the stove, fireplace, or insert being serviced the day prior to your appointment. 24 hours should be an adequate cooling time.
- As a courtesy, please remove any ash from the ash box prior to our arrival.
- If you have any valuable or fragile items in your hearth area, please remove them before our visit. We want to make sure your property is protected throughout the appointment and we will need about 5 feet of space in front of your hearth to lay down cloths and tools.
If you haven’t yet scheduled, remember, our busiest time of year is between November and March. For the speediest service and the most flexible scheduling options, try to schedule your annual maintenance services during the warmer months.
